Speedway Motors 91076051 Details

This 16 gallon tank was designed to be bolted to the floor of a pick-up box, but we're sure you can figure out other applications
It measures 28" long, 10" deep and 16" tall
It accepts the common 240 ohm full - 33 ohm empty 5-bolt sending unit (tank threaded with 10-24 thread size for sending unit installation hardware - not included)
filler neck measures 1-3/4" in length, 2" o/d and includes a 2-1/2" o/d non-vented, o-ring type threaded cap
Ports on this tank are -6 AN for the pickup and 1/4" NPT for the vent
This has an AN6 pickup tube at the top of the tank to supply fuel to the fuel pump

The 5 10/32 screw holes had to be retaped. Pipe threads on both the hole for siphon tube and the siphon tube were not very good.

Nice tank for a Model A roadster to get more trunk room, well built, Cons, No baffles inside, pick up tube is for ana fittings, mounting tabs are approx 3/4 inch above bottom of tank. This is a nice tank however i recieved mine with a crossed threaded pick up tube i am now trying to repair as i dont want my car down for a return after removing my old tank..i have not contacted speedway on this matter, But check your fitting before you install. price is a little high and shipping is out of bounds

this is an excellent fit in my 29 ford roadster. not alot of room in truck area. the footprint of tank is just right for this application. still leaves enough trunk space and space behine seats for storage. i feel the craftsmanship of the tank to be excellent. keep up the good list of products you continue to offer.

Perfect fit for the space between my trunk and rear seat back of my '40 Chevy coupe. Dimensions stated don't include welded-on 2 inch-wide angle mounting brackets at base of tank. An extension capability of the filler neck/cap would be useful. Manufacturer should include 2"x9"x1/4" rubber or neoprene mounting pads.
