Overall Assessment

The rollover fuel tank vent valve received highly positive reviews for its confirmed qualities such as quality, usability, practicality, and safety features. The vent valve has been sustained as a well-made, uncomplicated breather with built-in safety features, widely ideal for custom build vehicles, vintage cars, or hotrods. Its installation was noted as straightforward and easy, enhancing user experience. The product's low profile design was appreciated as it doesn't stick up too high, allowing for a clean look. It is recognized as a lifesaver, preventing fuel spillage when cornering or filling up the tank, offering customers a safer feeling. Users appreciated its fair price point compared to its functions. Some issues were noted with the fit needing minor adjustments, which did not detract from its overall perceived value. I use this vent on my 1949 Ford pickup fuel tank install. I used a 1969 70 fuel tank and a Tanks filler cap that is not vented. I tigwelded a 1" ×1 1/2" × 1/4 Steel tab to the tank then drilled and tapped for the rollover vent valve. The install was straight forward and fairly simple.
