This adaptor was purchased to connect a 1953 Ford 293 cu in blown flathead to a '60's Chevy saginaw three speed transmission with overdrive . I fit perfectly and looks fantastic. It is a real nice piece.

will this kit mate a 3spd gm to a 1950 flathead v8? If so what else will we need as far as clutch and such. thank you

T5 to flathead transmission adapter I located 4 adapters with last 3 digits: 926,928, offy722,720. Only the 926 has any dimensions of thickness, face of transmission to face of bell housing. The offy 722 shows a dimension of width I'm not sure due to nomenclature if they are the same! As there is 1/2" difference in T5 shaft to transmission face dimensions I have some concern, about which is the correct adapter for my 87 S-10 non world class transmission, with the 7.2" dimension versus the 6.69". I keep finding these adapters with little or no info, 1 size fits all obviously will not work with a difference that great in shaft lengths. Will you please point me to the correct adapter.

Adapter fit? I have 1953 ford Sedan Delivery with the original Flathead and three speed in it. I want to put a GM t-5 behind it. I have the original bell housing and also a 1951 Merc bell housing. Will this kit fit one of them? If not, what do I need to order?
