Product reviews reveal that some customers were dissatisfied due to misunderstanding about the size of the brackets. They expected 3-inch brackets but received 2-inch ones. It was also mentioned that these brackets are unsuitable for lap belts or shoulder belts. Therefore, the product may not meet expectations for specific strap uses. The brackets are described as small, suggesting compactness and easy fit for certain applications. However, it's crucial for potential buyers to note the size and intended use.
