It features fully adjustable mechanical and vacuum advances, meaning precision is a breeze. It has a high-output module, high-spark 65,000-volt coil, solid brass terminals, and an easy, one-wire hookup.

Awesome upgrade

Installed on my 55 Chevy 3600 235 L6. It was getting tough to start and the coil was getting hot reducing power after only a few miles driving. Instead of changing the coil and ballast resistor, I chose to go HEI. It ha been a very worthwhile upgrade!

I had a hard time dropping distributor all the way in.

I had a hard time dropping the distributor all the way into oil pump I had to file down the end of dist.shaft champered end on 4 sides and slightly tap it in was not expecting to do that otherwise it's good.
