  • This LSX motor stand is light, compact and incredibly mobile with the included 3" caster wheels
  • The unique 2-piece design allows you to leave the tranny attached
  • The stand is made from 1" x 2" x 14-gauge steel tubing and the mounting plates are made from 1/4" steel
  • The stand has over 12" of ground clearance to fit very deep oil pans
  • Mounting bolts are included
  • Fits all GM LS V8 engines from both cars and trucks

Note: The engine storage stand will NOT clear the "batwings" of a C5 Corvette oil pan when it is bolted to an LS engine.

I did buy this product again...

Going to use it just like the last one I bought. For easy storage and maneuverability of an engine in my garage. My other set held an iron block 4.8L with NV3500 trans attached and never rocked fore and aft. These are great for first cleaning of a used engine too, as they sit so close to the ground that the power washer cannot tip it over. Also Last one did not fail, I left it in my 3-car garage when I moved to a place with a 1-car. Didn't think I would need it. Dummy. Perhaps a separate caster that can mount to the transmission on it's mount boss may be worth looking into, but have had no issues with rocking.

needed washers

looks great, easy to build and install. Only issue I had was needing to add washers to the wheels that move. The bolts that came with it were about 1/4 inch to long and hit the casters. Once i added some washers it worked great

Love this for storing the LS much easier to get under a storage racks than a engine stand. Easy to wheel a heavy iron head LS around with ease. Really stable too. Will need something other than the engine mount holes to lift it off these later to install. That's the only negative, but it's minor.

Takes 10minutes to put together. Stand fits perfectly to block. It holds the my LS3 w/ the flywheel, clutch, bellhousing, & TKX transmission no problem. Does not tip when rolling around in the garage (even with transmission attached). Great quality made product!

This is a perfect stand for an LS block. The frame is sturdy, the dimensions are perfect, and the casters are amazing. The wheels are soft enough to be able to go over tile and hard enough to endure cement/asphalt. It can stand the weight of a fully accessorized LS long block with the torque converter on and can still roll buttery smooth.
