Customers find our fuel regulator is an effective solution for excessively high fuel pressure in carbureted applications. It's easy to install, with a plug-and-play operation that works as advertised. The product seems to be of sound quality, with clean threads and a nice visual appeal, supporting custom builds and ensuring good performance. However, some customers noted it was not chrome plated as advertised causing disappointment. Other customers stated it had poor threads or leakage issue which required some adjustments. Overall, the fuel regulator is satisfactory in its primary functionality, making it favored over less reliable alternatives, even though minor enhancements could be made.

not sure
Had trouble finding a fitting that matched the 3/8 NPT to rubber 5/16 ID fuel lines, had to use 2 fittings on each port, which added to the leak potential. you can find 3/8 with 1/4 inch barb, 3/8 with 3/8 barb, but no 3/8 to 5/16 barb or nipple for sliding the fuel line on to. Inspect the unit to make sure the ball check spring valve are aligned properly. I had to return the first unit because the ball check valve assembly was screwed up. Speedway's return policy worked great, had a new unit just in a few days.

OK but not great
First regulator I received had poor threads on the output. Also it leaked from the screws between the top and bottom halves. Service sent another one. Threads on the input were not good. Tried chasing them with the proper tap as before, not very successful. Trying to get it to seal now. BTW - I used the Speedway plug for one output and the hose barb fitting from Speedway as well for the input and other output. Bottom line - you get what you pay for

When you don't need a high-pressure regulator, but you have that Edelbrock that needs the help. Great price, quick shipping and the finish is not showy, but nice.

I need to find the right fitting that will match the 3/8 npt ports I will be using this with rubber fuel lines that has a 5/16 ID, need two fitting that will screw in the 3/8 NPT port threads, and have a push on style nipple on the other end to fit a rubber fuel line with a 5/16 ID. do you have these??? also need one 3/8 NPT brass plug for the extra output port. I will eventually use the extra port for a fuel pressure gauge.
