Save money by welding and assembling your own headers! This 385 Series B/B Ford V8 header kit will work for many racing and rodding applications where 429 and 460 engines are used. It includes everything you need to assemble a pair of high-quality headers.

Designed for the seasoned, hands-on enthusiast, weld up headers will require some cutting, fitting and welding.

For race/ off road use or for use on pre-1966 vehicles.

Emissions warning: this part only legal for sale or use in California for racing (competition) vehicles which may never be used, registered, or licensed for use upon a public highway, or if installed in vehicles model-year 1965 or older; motorcycles model-year 1977 or older; or off-highway recreational vehicles (such as off-road motorcycles and all-terrain vehicles) model-year 1996 and older. Any other use renders the vehicle tampered and not legal for use on California public highways (any public street or roadway, public dirt road, public park, or publicly maintained right of way open to the use of the public for vehicular travel). If you have a welder and a little skill, these headers are a snap to put together. The flanges are nice and thick (3/8"), the tubes are easy to MIG or Tig together. A modest welder can assemble these in under 2 hours. I used them for a front mounted single turbo. It took a little longer, but had it together in one weekend. I had to custom cut and weld but was still able to put all of the tubes into the collectors.
