The installation was simple. (I had to put a longer screw in the middle to make contact with the steering shaft). That was a simple fix feels good in your hands

This this looks amazing and feels fantastic! My 40 Ford almost steers itself with this thing. It does occasionally drive to my favorite tavern but I that's more of a feature than a bug.

I put this in a 1940 Ford hot rod pickup with a GM tilt column. It's a great quality piece and the diameter is perfect. The grip diameter is a little thin so I put a lace on cover and it's perfect.

Does this use a horn contact ring inside the wheel or does the button contain a switch? Where could I find a contact ring for the inside? I have a wheel but I'm not sure if it's this one.

Some other suppliers state the GM columns '67 and newer will take the same wheel. Do you know what the difference is? I have a '68, evidently, I cannot use this wheel.
