this flexplate is good quality

I replaced my old flexplate with this small block ford flexplate, because I was changing from a larger bellhousing. This flexplate is good quality and I had absolutely no problems with any of it...merely taking the old one off and replacing with this new one....my starter lined up with it perfect and had it started in no time. Thankyou for a great priced flexplate!

I appreciate the option to use a flex plate that will fit the diameter and tooth count of my current 1965 c4, but with a newer motor that needed a 50oz balance.

What size harmonic balancer shouId i go with? I have an internal balanced crankshaft that came with my stroke kit, but still have no flexplate or harmonic balancer. I am aware that I will need zero imbalance for both, but because the harmonic balancer is sold in different sizes, what size would i have to go with in terms of thickness and width. I know this will change the weight of the harmonic balancer. Also, shoulder I balance the crank with only the flexplate and Bob weights on an engine balance in order to determine the size ( weight) I need?
