Speedway Motors 41865630 Details

Save money by welding and assembling your own headers! These small block Chevy header kits will work for many racing and rodding applications. It includes everything you need to assemble a pair of high-quality headers: eight mandrel-bent primary tubes, two pre-formed collectors, two extra-thick standard-port flanges, two gaskets, and 12 header bolts.

Designed for the seasoned, hands-on enthusiast, weld up headers will require some cutting, fitting and welding.

  • Thick 1/4" steel flanges
  • Mandrel-bent 18-gauge mild steel tubing
  • Pre-formed 4-into-1 collectors
  • 8" length from longest to tube flange to bend
  • 5" length from shortest tube flange to the bend

If your fab skills are high then this kit can be very easy to work with. There is more than enough tubing to cut, twist and relocate the tubing as needed. However-- If your not a fab guy, get some help.
