Speedway Motors 930CR100H Details

These small-block Chevy headers have a graceful, nostalgic shape that makes them perfect for T-bucket roadsters and similar hoodless street rods. The classic appearance is backed up by quality construction and an easy-breathing design that can help unlock your engine’s performance potential. These ceramic coated headers provide superior peformance and durability.

  • Fits 265-400 c.i. Small Block Chevy V8s
  • Exhaust is routed outside the frame rail and along the side of the car
  • Fits most angle plug heads
  • Extensions and mufflers sold separately
  • Includes gaskets and bolts
Armor Hot Coat® (AHC) is a heat resistant, ceramic coating applied to the outside of the header. This coating will reflect heat, which helps retain more heat within the header tube while simultaneously speeding up the exhaust flow. Not only will this coating help you make more horsepower, it also keeps your headers rust-free, looking great, and lasting longer (when properly maintained). If you are looking for a show-quality finish for your headers, this is it! Our AHC will withstand exhaust temperatures of up to 1300° F.

AHC Warning: AHC coatings will burn and be damaged at exhaust temperatures over 1300 degrees. A lean fuel mixture can generate exhaust temperatures exceeding 1700-1900 degrees. If the coating is damaged due to a lean condition, the coating will not be warranted, but can be recoated for a fee.

For race/ off road use or for use on pre-1966 vehicles.

Emissions warning: this part only legal for sale or use in California for racing (competition) vehicles which may never be used, registered, or licensed for use upon a public highway, or if installed in vehicles model-year 1965 or older; motorcycles model-year 1977 or older; or off-highway recreational vehicles (such as off-road motorcycles and all-terrain vehicles) model-year 1996 and older. Any other use renders the vehicle tampered and not legal for use on California public highways (any public street or roadway, public dirt road, public park, or publicly maintained right of way open to the use of the public for vehicular travel). Violations subject to $37,500 penalty per violation per vehicle, revocation of registration, loss of use on California public right of ways, and proof of correction for tampering. Don't expect this to fit a 32 ford..It's too narrow for the body..I had to cut & weld to make it, sorta, fit..Otherwise, it's a good part..

Good from far, far from good. A lot of flaws in the AHC coating. dull spots. minor scratches, ect. I already put them on, so I will keep them for now.

I needed headers to position my steering gear bracket on my new hot rod build. Deryk at Speedway was very helpful, as there were some problems both with the coating and fitment when I first contacted Speedway. He called me when everything had been resolved, and I received the headers and turnouts quickly. The headers look great and fit well, so I'm a happy fellow. I haven't even opened the turnouts yet, and won't until the new hot rod is ready to roll. Over the years I have bought a lot of hot rod stuff from Speedway Motors, and have always got great service.
