Details
The Hybrid Sport neck restraint harness is the next evolution of the Hybrid Pro Rage technology. Constructed from DuPont carbon polymer materials, the Hybrid Sport is in every way superior to previous neck restraint models. The sliding tether system allows for greater side to side movement.
The carbon polymer construction makes the Hybrid Sport 20% lighter than previous models, and much more durable than standard polymer models. The high wing shoulders allow for secure seatbelt containment. The Hybrid Sport straps directly to the driver, allowing it to safely and securely hold your neck and helmet in place, while still allowing superior range of motion.

Used in a dirt oval track race car. I have been in a few crashes with this device including a roll over. It works great and has tremendously cut down on next day soreness after crashes. Great product!

Although not designed or supported for use in street cars having OEM 3-point seatbelts, that's my primary usage. I chose this as a cheaper alternative to the Hybrid S (the only official solution), to hopefully provide some protection should anything ever happen. I can definitely feel the difference after disconnecting this, my head feels so floppy with my helmet on. The shoulder part and body straps are lightweight and non-intrusive once it's on. The restraint straps could have more range of adjustment. The product also works well with 5-point harnesses and go-karts. The one I received was built and certified in 2022.
