Overall Assessment

The product is well-regarded for its practicality in race cars, particularly vintage replicas and mini-stock cars, providing a safe and compact solution for fuel storage. Users confirm high quality and durability of both tank and flap that provides solid roll over protection. The sleek finish, ease of installation, and affordability are highlighted, alongside the added safety valve enhancing usability. The 12-gallon capacity is ideal for containing high octane fuel under harsh racing conditions, cementing our product as a safe, efficient choice for racing enthusiasts. I am building a Shafer 8 1932 Indy replica which I will vintage race. I wanted a fuel cell that would give me roll over protection and the flap does that. The size affords me a compact tank that will fit nicely in this racer. I used the bolt together frame for the 16 gallon tank and modified it for this 12 gallon tank which made for an easy installation.
