Do these mounts allow for the coil overs to be mounted at a 10-30 degrees? If so how far do the coil overs set off of the rear end once mounted?

I'm bulding a 74 Ford E100 van and thing about putting on coil overs in the rear. How do I find out what size to use shock and spring. Its eye to eye stock travel is about 18" to 12" but i'm lowing the van about 3" in the rear
