Customers appreciate the product for its quality, noting that it works well and functions without issues. While it's suitable for use in modified vehicles like derby cars, some users noted the absence of a protective rubber boot, which is seen as important for racing purposes. Despite this, the product's performance and practicality, as reflected in its effective operation and usability, overshadow its minor flaw. If provided with a rubber boot, customers believe it would excel even further in quality and functionality compared to other market options.

it appears to be made very well but it doesn't come with the protective rubber boot. I have never bought a ball joint that doesn't come with one. to me it is a vital part of it because these are sold as a racing part which sees a lot dirt. I would of gave it 5 stars if it had came with one
