These multi-leaf rear springs by Posies lower your classic Chevy 3100 1/2-ton pickup 3" more than a set of stock replacement springs. Replace your 50 year old stock springs with these new, computer-designed leaf springs for a much smoother ride.

Factory spec spring eye bushings come with springs. Shackles, shackle bolts and U-bolts sold separately.

Note: For use with 1947-1954 Chevy truck replacement 3” drop rear leaf spring with the center locating bolt for the rearend housing centered in the wheel opening. This is needed when using a modern differential like a 10 or 12 bolt Gm or 9” Ford housing. If you try to use the original style springs with a new style rearend, the wheel is too far forward in the opening.

Springs lowered the truck like I wanted, but pin was centered - they were mislabeled and I had to fabricate blocks to locate them correctly and center the wheels in the openings. Haven't completed the project yet, so can't comment on the ride.
