Ignition Coil

This ignition coil can be used as a replacement for the PerTronix Flame-Thrower HEI distributor 447-1071 or as a race only coil for your GM HEI distributor with an internal coil. When paired with matching module 447-2070, this coil will produce 42% more energy than a comparable street/strip coil with 46% faster spark breakdown time allowing 48% more peak current to reach the spark plug between 6000 and 8500 RPM.

  • 90:1 turn ratio
  • 0.35 Ohms primary resistance
  • 50,000 max voltage

 

Ignition Module

These race only ignition modules can be used as a replacement for PerTronix Flame-Thrower HEI distributors or race only GM 4-pinHEI distributors. This ignition module is built with heavy duty components and engineered to create 42% more energy than street strip versions when combined with ignition coil 447-3070.
