Billet Plug n’ Play Distributors are based on a precision CNC-machined housing with an upper ball bearing to support the steel distributor shaft accurately from idle to redline rpm. These distributors feature our maintenance-free electronic ignition module to produce a strong spark and steady ignition timing.

For the specified Chevy distributor application.
Precision CNC-machined billet housing provides an accurately constructed distributor body.
Upper ball bearing supports the distributor shaft from idle through high engine speeds.
Steel distributor shaft provides the core of the rotating assembly.
Maintenance-free electronic ignition module eliminates routine breaker-point service.

Can this be used on a sb chevy with a dyers 6-71 blower? I am concerned primarily with clearance.

nit. I have a 383 stroker. Mild engine , srteet driven. Manual transmission. I am currently using a conventional HEI (GM) style large head distributor. I really need more space between the firewall and distributor body. Is this distributor the solution to that problem.
