This PSI standalone harness package lets you choose the right setup for your LS swap, whether you’re running a manual drive-by-cable throttle body on an early Gen 3 truck engine or an electronic drive-by-wire throttle body on a later model. Designed to retrofit 1999-2007 GM truck-based LS/Vortec engines with 4L60E or 4L80E transmissions into older muscle cars, street rods and other non-emissions-controlled vehicles, both harness options are plug-and-play with a simple four-wire hookup, a sliding grommet for clean firewall routing and all the connections you need to get your swap up and running.

  • Compatible with 1999-2007 Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac and Hummer truck 4.8L, 5.3L, 5.7L and 6.0L LS/Vortec engines using 4L60E or 4L80E transmissions
  • Choose 25800003-DBC for manual cable-operated throttle bodies on pre-2003 and other drive-by-cable truck engines, using the red/blue 411 PCM (PCM-1003)
  • Choose 25800003-DBW for electronic drive-by-wire throttle bodies on 2003-2007 truck engines, using the green/blue 242 PCM (PCM-1005)
  • Both harness options are designed for retrofits into older muscle cars, street rods or non-emissions-controlled vehicles while retaining the factory Vortec intake manifold and Multec or flex-fuel injectors
  • Simple four-wire hookup for switched power, constant power and grounds, with a sliding grommet and 4–5 feet of length from the rear of the cylinder head to the PCM for a clean, leak-free firewall pass-through
  • Harnesses are professionally constructed with all-new GM Delphi connectors and TXL high-temperature wire built to GM specifications and 100% quality inspected before shipping
  • Each harness includes connections for fuse/relay box, fuel pump control (relay included), fan controls (relays and fuses available separately as KIT-1010), check engine light, speedometer output, tachometer and OBD2 port
  • Supports all critical engine and transmission sensors and actuators including MAF, MAP, coolant temp, alternator control, upstream O2 sensors, crank and cam sensors, fuel injectors, coil packs, knock sensors and automatic or manual transmission control
  • Includes complete engine and transmission harness plus instruction manual, with user hook-ups required for fuel pump, switched ignition power, malfunction indicator lamp, speedometer, tachometer and fan relay controls

Any other use renders the vehicle tampered and not legal for use on California public highways (any public street or roadway, public dirt road, public park, or publicly maintained right of way open to the use of the public for vehicular travel). Violations subject to $37,500 penalty per violation per vehicle, revocation of registration, loss of use on California public right of ways, and proof of correction for tampering. There are similar restrictions and penalties under federal law and the laws of all other states with penalties under federal law of up to approximately $45,268 per tampered vehicle and/or engine.

I was stripping the stock lq4 wiring harness to make my own standalone, I got fed up and ordered this unit, was shipped right away and the detail on this harness is beautiful. Very well put together, and almost falls into place. I could have never made my harness look this pretty. Thanks a lot!
