Very good quality, but no instructions. Side ears are for rear body mounts. I used this with my stock frame. fits perfectly inside between stock rails. I made custom mounts by boxing inside of frame double wide to sit this on top of. Worked perfectly as long as you completely box your frame in. Just make sure to take many cross measurements from different points and you'll have no issues
