The Magnuson Universal Cooling System is a complete solution designed to simplify the installation of an intercooler cooling circuit for custom supercharged applications. Built with the same premium components used in Magnuson's vehicle-specific supercharger systems, this kit helps builders eliminate the uncertainty of sourcing and matching cooling components while ensuring reliable performance. It is particularly well suited for engine swaps, custom hot rods, and Magnuson head unit installations where a dedicated supercharger cooling system is required.

To accommodate a wide range of vehicle configurations, the system is available with three different aluminum low temperature radiator (LTR) sizes. Each radiator is engineered to provide efficient heat exchange and maintain cooler intake air temperatures, helping maximize supercharger efficiency and performance. The kit includes a Bosch water pump, reservoir with bleeder, wiring harness with relay, hoses, clamps, fittings, and supporting hardware, giving builders most of the components needed for a complete installation. Fabrication of radiator mounting brackets is required for custom fitment.
