Return PolicyThe Soft Touch Rev Control, PN 8728, is designed to be used on standard points ignition or inductive ignition systems. This means that the PN 8728 can be installed on engines with a GM HEI Ignition, Ford or Chrysler electronic ignition, any standard breaker points systems or even with an MSD 5 or Blaster Ignition (non-CD ignitions). The RPM Limiter is adjusted with plug-in modules and is supplied with 6,000, 7,000 and 8,000 rpm modules. When the engine reaches your set rpm, the Soft Touch circuitry kicks in and drops the spark to certain cylinders. This rpm limiter produces very accurate and smooth, backfire-free rev limits.

Not IMCA approved for the 2022 seson. The only one approved is the MSD 8721CT

how to wire this with a msd 6 box help This soft touch is in a 1981 camaro, hei, has msd 6 ignition box, the soft touch is wired according to diagram, however now there is a popping from exhaust, is this the causend or does the person have cam lobe worn

yes just ordered a MSD Soft Touch Control and with have a stock HEI with a 83647 MSD Module this still can be hooked up to my HEI just have to use Figure 5 in the instructions? It does not explain very well an have not got my order yet should be there thi
