Return PolicyMSD is bringing their pro stock ignition technology to the street with their new Programmable 6AL-2! Since every NHRA Pro Stock car uses a Programmable Digital-7 Ignition Control, it was only a matter of time until MSD brought that technology to the street - and the time is now!
The Programmable 6AL-2 lets you lock out the distributor and program a timing curve via a PC. You’ll also be able to set a 2-Step Rev Limiter, a retard for use with nitrous and even a boost timing curve for forced induction engines!
The Programmable 6AL-2 shares the same advanced features of the new 6AL-2 with 535 primary volts and spark energy reaching 135 mJ! Vibration mounts, wiring and a PC cable are supplied. Must use MSD Pro-Data+ Software to program.

Customers appreciate the product's exceptional quality and practicality, particularly as a tuning tool for supercharged big block Chevys. Its usability is highly praised for ignition purposes, confirming its prime performance. However, customers suggest improvements, including the inclusion of a serial RS232 to USB cable for laptop connectivity. Despite this minor suggestion, the product surpasses competitors in providing a superior ignition and tuning solution.

Used for ignition in supercharged big block chevy. Great tuning tool. Would only say it should come with a serial rs232 to usb cable to plug into laptop instead of cable provided otherwise great ignition
