Lokar CMPGANMB Details
Lokar's Nostalgia Shifter is designed with 2 bends in the lever and a black mushroom knob for a nostalgic hot rod look. It has 23" lever, Teflon-lined Safety-Lock-Out button, main plate, and side brackets.
For Aluminum case GM Powerglide 2-speed automatic transmissions only. Will not fit cast iron case Powerglide applications.
Free boot with purchase of Nostalgia Shifter!

At first I felt this can't be. I had to rheam out shifter shaft and get longer screws at the hardware store. After talking to a representative at Lokar who explained that they had some tooling problems and that they stand behind their product for life, after all the 23" shifter looks great in my 49 F1 and shifts flawlessly.. The shifter shaft needed honed out for the kickdown, it would not go through the shifter shaft, for my application I had to get some longer screws and longer set screws. I have talked to Lokar about it and was told they had some issues with a batch and has been corrected as far as the shifter shaft.(tooling issue) All in all, I like the product. I would buy again if in same situation. Ben
