LS 3" V-band Cold-Side Intercooler Piping Kit

Our strong “start-to-finish” kit is a turbo fabrication bundle for an LS build, combining the hot-side hardware, cold-side charge piping, intake tubing, and boost control pieces you need to get a custom turbo system mocked up and plumbed. It starts with forward-facing LS turbo headers made from polished 304 stainless, using 1-7/8" primary tubes and 3" V-band collectors, with gaskets and hardware included to help simplify the install. 

From there, the kit supports turbo mounting and exhaust routing with a T3/T4 turbine inlet flange adapter that transitions into a compact 90-degree elbow and 3" V-band connection (clamp included), plus stainless V-band and mandrel-bent tubing pieces to help you build out your downpipe/hot-side layout. 

Boost control is handled by a 44mm external wastegate kit that includes flanges and hardware, with 8 psi + 5 psi springs pre-installed (13 psi out of the box). 

On the cold side, you get a universal intercooler/charge pipe kit that includes eight aluminum tubes (straight, 45°, 90°, and 180°), plus silicone couplers and stainless clamps, giving you the flexibility to route piping around your specific engine bay. 

It also includes a 50mm blow-off valve with multiple springs, along with Spectre 4" intake tubing, a 4" coupler with clamps, and a clamp-on cone filter to finish out the fresh-air side.
