These flathead Ford V8 stainless steel valves are made of hi-grade 4N stainless. Each valve is 0.060 oversize and has an optimized seat angle and boasts a full machine finish, all of which combine to improve airflow and increase horsepower. The intake has a 30° seat and the exhaust has a 45° seat.

Fits 1932-1953 engines.

Good quality part. I've used the 45 degree just on the intake side and the stock 1.506 on the exhaust. Just ground the stock seat insert larger. Some 49 up blocks don't have a valve seat insert. you would want to install a valve seat insert in those.

The oversize heads make it possible to add performance and cleanup deeply ground seats. I use the 45 degree valves for both intake and exhaust because I prefer that.
