Looking for an alternative to your stock fuel cell cap or maybe you need a fill cap for that custom oil tank or valve cover you are building? Well, look no further! Earl's has created a full line of Billet Fuel Cell Caps and Billet Fill Caps. Earl's caps are CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and they feature a bright black anodize for great looks and corrosion protection. Each cap features a laser etched Earl's logo so you know it is quality product. The Earl's Billet Fuel Cell Caps are available for Jaz, Harwood, or RCI fuel cells. The 166016ERL kit features a 4.438 6 bolt flange bolt pattern and has a large 3" opening with an easy to grip screw on cap that utilizes an O-ring seal. Stainless steel hardware is included for an easy installation.

This gas cap works perfect for my 14 gallon gas tank I bought for my 1923 t bucket from speedway. The gas cap that comes on the tank is a hard cap to get off and on. Bad cap that's come on it. . If you buy one of these aluminum tanks go ahead and get one, you will be glad you did. It's about $70.00, a little pricey but works a whole lot better. Very satisfied with it.
