I got the booster and master kit #91031411, I just got my pickup drivable today, when I step on the brakes, it's like there is no power assist, really have to step on pedal hard to stop, re bleed the brakes, checked my vacuum , engine is stock 350 chev, vacuum feels good, don't have a gauge, what would you suggest? I have a lot of mechanical experience, want to see what you think before I start taking things apart. thanks

I have a 1948 1 1/2 ton dually and I would like to update the brakes. It currently uses an 11" single diaphragm booster. The axles/brakes are large (think Rockwell axles), but it came from the factory like this. Would a 7" dual diaphragm be sufficient, or would you suggest larger? I have plenty of room for mounting.

Where would I find the little pin that sits inside the master cylinder? The one that in the master cylinder between the brake booster and master cylinder. About 1.5" long and 0.5" diameter if I had to guess. I lost mine during unboxing.
