I have a twin disc stage 3 RAM clutch that is a 26 spline input shaft and it worked just as well if not better than a metal alignment tool to mount the clutch.

Speedway sent a 10spline instead of the 26spline I ordered. I called and the sent out the right tool promptly and let me keep the 10spline.great service. I could not get a measurement for the Throwout bearing because bell housing was extremely difficult to remove. Long story short I had to eyeball the clearance and pulled the tranny 4times. After the second time I realized that lining up the splines was pretty easy without the tool. Didn't need it.
