Our line of universal crossflow aluminum Chevy radiators make it easy for budget-minded racers to get a professional-quality, no compromises aluminum racing radiator.

Performs Under Pressure

Constructed of lightweight, 100% aluminum, we furnace braze the radiator assembly for maximum durability and performance, no epoxy and gaskets here! Epoxy acts as an insulator, causing radiators to heat unevenly, and this stress combined with the vibration from racing can break epoxy seals and leak or separate over time. Furnace brazing minimizes fatigue from the rapid heating and cooling cycles. Since all the metal parts are fused together with a metal joint, they conduct heat evenly between the tanks and the rest of the assembly, preventing uneven expansion between the fused pieces, keeping the joint strong. 

We welded a billet filler neck for a strong seal under high pressures that will outperform cast filler necks with an industry standard 1-5/8” inner cap diameter and a 1/8” NPT overflow port. 

Maximum Cooling Performance

Our single pass design uses two rows of 1” wide aluminum tubes which have more surface area than copper radiators, cooling the same as five rows of copper tubes.  

A dense fin structure adds an additional layer of strength to the support tubes, better directs air flow and has more area to transfer heat. The core is 2.25”, a perfect balance of maximizing directed airflow and heat transfer. The cross-flow design allows the radiator cap to be mounted on the low-pressure (suction) side of the system, minimizing pressure on the neck assembly, especially in high-RPM usage. This radiator is built for one purpose, cooling your engine. No transmission cooler maximizes cooling efficiency.

Easy to Configure, Multiple Sizes

Our universal radiator isn’t made for any one specific car or truck, but we offer options to make it fit your race car or custom project. Since we didn’t add mounting brackets, this means you can easily adapt our radiator to any build. We feature widths (outside tank-to-outside tank) of 22, 24, 26, 28, or 31-inch (measured tank-to-tank) and all are 19” tall. We offer universal insulated mounting brackets which clamp to the core and tanks, as well as shrouds for electric and mechanical fans, or pre-made fan/shroud kits. This radiator is in the traditional Chevy configuration with a 1.5” driver side upper inlet, and 1.75” passenger side lower outlet.

Racing Fan

This fan utilizes six steel non-flex blades to provide the maximum amount of air for the best cooling. The blades will not flatten out like a flex fan at higher RPMS. Recommended for race applications such as Stock Car, Hobby Stock, etc. type classes.

Overall Assessment
