Overall Assessment

Based on customer reviews, the product is of high-quality and practical for quick, easy installation. Its compatibility with older car models like a '55 Belair stands out, along with its precise fit with few modifications needed. Some customers expressed slight dissatisfaction over tightened steering, but overall, customers are pleased with its effectiveness over competitor brands. The power steering kit is particularly commended for its fine fit while maintaining safety and quality. Also, customers appreciated the good finish and aesthetics of the product. However, there were isolated instances of manufacturing errors, but most found it a great product that drastically improves steering.

This was the easiest power steering kit i ever installed ! Everything fit and lined up great. This is only about one hour labor time for me.

Pretty darn good, but not as "tight" as I hoped.

I have a 56 Nomad with factory power steering that leaks like nobody's business. I have already upgraded to a newer style ps pump. Will this kit be sufficient? I'm looking to get rid of the original ps valve and cylinder.

I have a 55 Chevy that had a Flaming River power rack , I just bought your kit to convert to the GM500 PS box. I need the inner, outer tie rod ends with whatever "tube" needed to finish the connection. I thought I had a complete kit. Kit part # is 91032570. Thank you

Does the whole column need to be replaced when installing this kit? I have a 57 belair with a small block in it, I saw that it says you have to use a coupler but doesn't say anything about the column in the instructions
