Xtreme 4x4 Hydraulic Flat Tappet Camshafts for fuel injected. Hydraulic-Great Torque and Smooth idle for fuel injected. Hydraulic - Xtreme 4X4: Excellent torque and throttle response. Great upgrade for stock cam in fuel injected applications.
