    Xtreme 4 x 4 Hydraulic Flat Tappet Camshafts. Hydraulic-Good torque for 4x4 with aftermarket intake and headers. Excellent mid-range, works with lower gears. All COMP Cams Camshafts are manufactured to the strictest tolerances. Rigorously tested and checked for quality.
