BTR TK027 Details

The Brian Tooley Racing Trunnion Upgrade Kit is the result of extensive testing and continuous refinement. Designed specifically for LS7 and Gen V LT1/LT4 style rocker arms, this premium upgrade enhances durability and reliability in high-performance applications.

Building on the proven success of previous BTR trunnion kits, this latest version features a pressed inner race made from heat-treated 52100 bearing steel, providing increased strength and wear resistance compared to the 8620 carburized steel commonly used in many OEM and aftermarket trunnion systems. The kit also incorporates a self-oiling axle design with priority oil feed directly to the trunnion, helping improve lubrication and longevity under demanding engine conditions.
