ATK Engines HP112CBLK Details

The ATK HP112CBLK Ford 427 Stroker complete engine is a high-performance powerhouse producing 545 horsepower and 580 lb-ft of torque, built around a Dart SHP 351W SBF block with a 9.500" deck height and 4-bolt mains. It features a 4.125" bore and 4.000" stroke for a total displacement of 427 cubic inches, using a Scat 4340 forged crankshaft, Scat 4340 H-beam connecting rods with ARP 8740 bolts, and forged 10.4:1 compression pistons. The valvetrain includes a hydraulic roller camshaft (235/238 duration at .050", .573"/.582" lift, 112 LSA), aluminum 1.6 roller rockers, and ATK HP aluminum cylinder heads with 58cc chambers and 205cc intake runners. The engine is topped with an Edelbrock Performer RPM Air-Gap intake manifold and a Proform 750 CFM mechanical secondary carburetor, paired with a Holley 110 GPH fuel pump and dual inlet AN stainless hose. Additional components include a Melling high-volume oil pump, Moroso 7qt front sump oil pan, Pro billet distributor with upgraded melonite gear, and finned black powder-coated valve covers. It comes internally balanced with a 164-tooth flexplate/flywheel, designed for use with 91+ octane fuel, 1 3/4" headers, and a 2500+ stall converter, making it a strong choice for street/strip applications.
