    Details

    With AFCO Direct Fit aluminum radiators, you can use the same tools to install your new radiator as you did to remove the old one. They are 100% TIG welded, 100% pressure tested and use no epoxy or sealers. These radiators were designed for the rigors of racing, but we added the mounts to allow you to use their superior design on the street.  Be sure to check the Application tab for vehicle fitment!

    • Brass Drain Cock Fitting:  1/4" NPT (included)
    • Transmission Cooler Ports:  1/4" NPT
    • Filler Neck Hose Barb:  1/8" Straight (included)
    • 100% aluminum construction
    • Furnace brazed core - 2 rows of 1" tubes
    • Tanks are made of .080” aluminum for strength and durability
    • TIG welded by skilled craftsmen
    • Billet filler necks feature screw-in bleed – won't crack or leak with age
    • OEM size inlets/outlets & petcocks
    • Auto trans fittings in factory location

    Finish

    S = Satin
    B = Black
    P = Polished


    Fan Shroud Finish

    NA = No Fan and Shroud
    SS = Single Fan, Satin
    SP = Single Fan, Polished
    SB = Single Fan, Black
    DS = Dual Fan, Satin
    DP = Dual Fan, Polished
    DB = Dual Fan, Black

    I used it in a 85 montecarlo ss. Tank mounts slightly wider. Ad specs said 1.5 inlet 1.75 outlet. It has 1.25 inlet and 1.5 outlet. Although very nice polished raditor. Looks great with polished shroud and fans.
