Damaged radiator, rust in trans cooler
1.0
Disappointed
Idaho Falls, Idaho
Verified
Upon opening the delivery box and removing the radiator, the first thing I noticed was that a row of cooling fins in the top third of the radiator were folded over. This was really no big deal to me because I could have taken some time to straighten them out. But then, I removed the trans cooler caps from the flair fittings. Both of the fittings were solid rust clear down into the cooler. Well, there was no way I was going to connect that cooler to my 700R4. The incoming flow of rust would have destroyed the valve body. So, I had to find a good radiator locally because this outfit is a daily driver. Your folks were way good on the return and my money was refunded promptly.
