If you are running our Unisteer rack & pinion, you will need these ceramic coated headers. They allow the steering shaft to pass through on the driver's side and are a shorty style for maximum ground clearance. Features 1-5/8" primaries with a 3" collector.

Tubing Thickness: 12 gauge (.103")
Header Flange Thickness: 0.30"
Exhaust Flange Thickness: 0.3760"

Fits 283-400 S/B Chevy V8s with straight plug heads.

Note: Will not fit 168 tooth flywheels or kickout aftermarket starters. Will not fit manual transmission cars with factory Z bar clutch linkage.

Armor Hot Coat® (AHC) is a heat resistant, ceramic coating applied to the outside of the header. This coating will reflect heat, which helps retain more heat within the header tube while simultaneously speeding up the exhaust flow. Not only will this coating help you make more horsepower, it also keeps your headers rust-free, looking great, and lasting longer (when properly maintained). If you are looking for a show-quality finish for your headers, this is it! Our AHC will withstand exhaust temperatures of up to 1300¢ª F.
