Complete kit but......
This kit is very complete and the parts well made with the exception of the bearing adapters, The outside diameter of my adapters had to be sanded down with emery cloth to allow the inner bearings to slide on and off easily. I assembled one without checking this and the bearing became seized on the adapter. I tried to pull the bearing off with a puller and ruined the bearing. I called customer service and they replaced the parts quickly. Speedway's people were professional and knowledgeable.

Nice Kit! Not a bolt on kit, requires work on adapter
The bearing adapter is 0.008" oversize, so inboard bearing with not slide on. Cannot heat or press fit bearing on spindle, due to seal application and future disassembly. Shame on me, I chose to ignore previous reviews concerning this problem. I spent 3 hours and $3 worth of emery cloth to reduce smaller OD of adapter.

My order was missing a few bolts and after a quick call to speedway the project was back underway! now that it's done the fruck stops straight and has more stopping power! 10/10 recommend this upgrade even if you stay with manual brakes.

This kit is excellent. I installed it on my truck following the directions provided and it went together easily and works amazingly well. I heated the provided bearing races in cast iron pans in the oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes to make sure they were fully heated. They slipped right on and contracted tight in just a few seconds. I did not have to modify the grease fitting positions and I retained the original master cylinder. It is so nice to brake smoothly and not have the truck pull to a side if I have to brake hard.

Will this disc brake kit work with 35 ford spoke wheels? Right now the drum is too big for the wheels to fit but it looks like the hub sticks out further than the caliper just not sure if it stick out enough to fit... I would need the mounting face of the hub to be approximately 1.5" out past the brake caliper.
