For years it seemed like installing a 289-302-351W Ford in your street rod was a far bigger challenge than using a small-block Chevy. One significant problem was finding compact headers. Well, problem solved! These tight-fit headers are designed to hug tight against your small block Ford V8 and can make seemingly impossible installations much easier to tackle.
For factory style oval port heads. Will work with GT40P heads. Includes 2.5" reducers, gaskets and bolts. Headers are available in plain steel, Chrome, or Armor Hot Coat polished ceramic finish.

AHC Warning: AHC coatings will burn and be damaged at exhaust temperatures over 1300 degrees. A lean fuel mixture can generate exhaust temperatures exceeding 1700-1900 degrees. If the coating is damaged due to a lean condition, the coating will not be warranted, but can be recoated for a fee.
Chrome Warning: Due to a revised chroming process brought on by recent EPA regulations and high labor costs, today's chrome is not the quality of days gone by. Be Aware: Exhaust components which are chrome plated are now much more susceptible to blueing, blistering, peeling & corrosion. No warranty or returns on chrome exhaust items once them have been installed.

These headers were perfect for my application. They fit right where they needed to be and are a great quality header.
My order was delivered on time, and with no damage. Just how I like them.

Will these headers fit a 302 in a 1926 Ford frame? I also think I have the sq. port heads, will these still work?

These tight fit headers for the Small Block Ford fit a multitude of applications but with some of the following dimensions you can verify fit on your application. From head surface out to furthest point is 4.5” From top of header flange to bottom of collector is 11” The collector is down from between center two ports and flange is about 1-2” from block You will need to run the ultra mini starter specified for header clearance. The headers come with reducers, gaskets, and the necessary bolts. On the narrow frames such as T’s and A’s you will need to take careful measurements to insure fit.

will these headers fit 1988 ford 5.00 truck engine

These headers fit the small block Ford engines including the 289, 302, and 341W which includes the 5.0 listings in a multitude of applications. The header DOES require the use of the ultra mini starter for clearance and for further verification of fit in your application we suggest some basic measurements be taken for comparison. * Must be used with 910-67210 mini starter or equivalent compact starter * We recommend motor mounts 270-2221 (Left) and 270-2220 (Right) * Left mount may need to be ground 1/4” to provide clearance for collector * Chrome headers are polished before and after plating for show quality appearance * Fits engines with forward sump oil pans Dimensions to check in your application: From center of center ports out 4.5” and from top of header flange to bottom of the collector is 11”. Normally the collector ring sits within ½” of the block.

will these headers fit my 1984 bronco 2 351w conversion?
Asked on 6/23/2011 1:03:06 PM by from
These tight fit headers are the answer to many small block Ford V8’s transplants. Simplest way to verify fit is some basic measurements and below is the dimensions that will be of help. A = 4.5" Width of header at widest point from exhaust port B = 11" Height of header from top of flange to lowest point You will also need to use the ultra mini starter number 91067210 in order to obtain the necessary clearance. The collector drops down below the next to the rear cylinder and you will need to allow room for the collector reducer and the bend to angle the exhaust towards the rear.
