Wilwood 140-18157 is a large-capacity AERO6 big front brake kit for Chevrolet and GMC vehicles with factory disc spindles. It is the most aggressive front kit in this group, built for maximum braking authority, heat control, and durability in demanding truck and SUV applications.

This kit uses black powder-coated six-piston AERO6 calipers and 15.00-inch GT slotted rotors, requiring a minimum 19-inch wheel. It is ideal for large-wheel custom trucks, towing applications, and high-performance builds that need serious front brake capacity.

Our rotors are machined and fully e-coated, just like the rotor hats. This is a protectant coating the prohibits surface rust from forming on the exposed surfaces. Once the parts are installed and being bedded in, the brake pad friction and caliper pressure will remove the coating at the spot the brake pads touch. This will expose the silver iron material underneath.
