Wilwood 140-18156-D AERO6 Big Front Brake Kit

Wilwood 140-18156-D is a black AERO6 big front brake kit for Chevrolet and GMC applications using factory disc spindles and 14.00-inch SRP drilled and slotted rotors. It is engineered for heavy-duty braking situations where larger vehicles, towing loads, off-road use, or performance driving demand more thermal capacity and stronger braking force.

With black six-piston AERO6 calipers and large-diameter front rotors, this kit provides a serious step up in capability while adding an aggressive visual presence behind 18-inch or larger wheels.

Our rotors are machined and fully e-coated, just like the rotor hats. This is a protectant coating the prohibits surface rust from forming on the exposed surfaces. Once the parts are installed and being bedded in, the brake pad friction and caliper pressure will remove the coating at the spot the brake pads touch. This will expose the silver iron material underneath.
