Wilwood 140-18155-R Forged Superlite 6R Big Front Brake Kit

Wilwood 140-18155-R is a red Forged Superlite 6R big front brake kit using 12.88-inch GT slotted rotors. It delivers the same six-piston front braking performance as the SRP version while using GT slotted rotors for a cleaner, more traditional performance brake appearance.

This kit is a strong fit for truck builders wanting red caliper styling, upgraded front brake capacity, and a large rotor package without the drilled rotor design.

Our rotors are machined and fully e-coated, just like the rotor hats. This is a protectant coating the prohibits surface rust from forming on the exposed surfaces. Once the parts are installed and being bedded in, the brake pad friction and caliper pressure will remove the coating at the spot the brake pads touch. This will expose the silver iron material underneath.
