Wilwood 140-18155-D Forged Superlite 6R Big Front Brake Kit

Wilwood 140-18155-D is a black Forged Narrow Superlite 6R big front brake kit for truck applications using 12.88-inch SRP drilled and slotted rotors. It is designed for builders stepping into a larger front brake system with more heat capacity, stronger braking response, and more aggressive appearance.

The six-piston calipers and larger 12.88-inch rotor package make this kit a strong fit for 17-inch wheel applications where brake performance needs to match upgraded suspension, tires, and overall vehicle capability.

Our rotors are machined and fully e-coated, just like the rotor hats. This is a protectant coating the prohibits surface rust from forming on the exposed surfaces. Once the parts are installed and being bedded in, the brake pad friction and caliper pressure will remove the coating at the spot the brake pads touch. This will expose the silver iron material underneath.
