Must use spacer with drum brake. The bolt heads on the back side of the adapter do not sit flush, contacting the brake drum. The thickness of the spacer would depend on the specific brake drum being used. May require a 6-pin spacer # 91658220.

I used this to balance my wide 5's and radials. I was expecting to need a stick on weight somewhere for it to be perfect before bolting the wheels to it but it was perfect right out of the box

The six pin holes are not 5/8, and will need to be driller out if you are using on a sprint car
