Vintage Air 733002-PFH Details

Vintage Air 733002-PFH Frontrunner Power Steering Pulley, Black

Front Runner conversion power steering pulley, black. Presses onto the power steering pump shaft to complete a Front Runner drive system installation.

Installation Notes:

Using a power steering pump pulley installer, press the pulley onto the pump shaft until the back of the pulley bottoms out on the front of the pump bearing. Confirm a 3.210 in. measurement from the back side of the pulley to the rear of the pump.
Standard power steering pump flow rate is 3.0 to 3.4 gallons per minute at 1500 RPM.
For rack-and-pinion systems that require a lower flow rate, flow control valve P/N 852001 may be purchased to reduce flow to 2.0 GPM. Consult the rack manufacturer to determine flow rate requirements.
Proper bleeding of the system is required at the time of installation to ensure the functionality and longevity of the power steering pump.
