Universal U-Weld-It 5-1/2 Inch Tube Air Bag Mounting Kit, Steel

Universal air bag mount system is the next step in from getting air bags from the shop bench to riding under your car. The 18" long 5.5" tube supplied is to be cut in half and the top flanges for the air bag are welded to one end of each tube. This will tuck up into the factory upper spring pocket spacing the air bag to travel below the pocket. The other air bag flanges are attached to the lower control arms. Each tube can continue to be shortened until the correct amount of travel and ride height is achieved.Kit Includes:

• 18" 5.5" OD structural tubing
• 2 upper air bag flanges (universal pattern fits all Slam and Firestone bags)
• 2 lower air bag flanges (fit Slam and Firestone bags)

NOTE:  Will not work on Mustang II cross members, as the tubing is too big in diameter.
