perfect for my application,
Speedway provided quick shipping and good communication. I installed manual suicide door safety pins w/micro switches on my coupe and installed these lights in my dash to alert me if either or both pins are not engaged...they work perfect. I have active grandchildren, that when I take them for a ride in my hot rod, I always worry about them bumping the door handle, disengaging the bear claw latch and having the door ripped off the car. Or even worse falling out while underway. These lights are large enough and bright enough to get my attention.

Bright enough but delicate
Drill the right size hole and push them in.Very fine wire, best to solder the terminal onto the wire ends instead of crimping. Put the light in the hole first then solder the end on. Don't pull to hard on the wires they will come out of the light bulb socket and can't be fixed. I ordered a second set because handling the one's I put in last year, I broke the wires. Just be careful with them. I like how they look.

I use the bulb as a turn signal. They work fine. I was lucky that I ordered an extra bulb as the one wire came out of the bulb. I could not repair it. I am committed to use the 1/4 bulbs.
