These sending units are also included in our 910-65042 fuel level gauge kit. They will work in tanks from 6" to 24" deep and can be used as a right hand or left hand swing unit with minor adjustment. This fuel sender comes with a seal and all mounting hardware.

Customer service is the best !!
I have ordered thousands of dollars worth of parts over the last two years. I am restoring my high school 54 ford f100. I've bought 80% of my parts from speedway because the website is easy to use, free shipping above a certain amount purchased and no hassles if there's a problem!!! I've not encountered any issues except last week. I bought a fuel tank with sending unit a year and 1/2 ago and just installed it. I couldn't get the gauge to work. I called the tech like and spoke with Kelly and he agreed it's a weird problem and they would send me a new fuel sending unit. Not only did the higher ups send it for free even though it was out of warranty they paid for two day shipping cause I needed it for this weekend!!!! That's why I buys my parts from speedway motors!!! Thanks guys!! BTW. My part just arrived!!! PS we weren't sure if it was the sending unit so I will update them in a few days

I would probably not buy this product again.
I would probably buy a sending unit with a ring that slides up and down the tube if I had it to do over. I believe it would be an easier and more accurate installation. But overall satisfied.

I used this sender on an earlier Dodge D50 pickup tank. It was very adjustable and didn't need much for modifications. This is the only one I could find to work.

The Sending unit worked great in my new project. Working on a !947 Panel Truck which has been updated with modern drivetrain and 12 volt system. Unit would have been a little easier to install if came with instructions for setting the float. Happy with unit and the price.
